This is a true wilderness canoe trip through the heart of the Maine Wilderness. The Allagash is an unforgettable experience and is our best trip for spotting lots of moose! Our six day trip starts out at Churchill Lake and ends in Allagash Village. Our ten day trip starts on Allagash Stream and may include a hike up Allagash Mountain, exploring deep inside an ice cave (optional) and travelling down the remote Allagash Stream. Both trips include running Chase Stream Rips and utilizing trip experiences for personal and spiritual growth. You’ll learn lots of skills such as how to paddle a canoe, set up camp, select fire wood, build a fire, cook over an open fire, and how to use a spark to start a fire!
